Step 1. Figure 1: 1) Go to the Options in Toolbox; 2) Click Modules; 3) Click Start QSAR Toolbox Repository Client button; 4) Go to the Options tab and add the login details that you are using for downloading QSAR Toolbox from the website

For some of the addins (such as KATE addin, ECHA REACH Unlock Plugin) you need to read and agree the specified Terms and conditions.
If the OPERA is selected, then you will see the following message (Figure 3):

Step 3. In order to use the OPERA models in Toolbox, you need to install one additional file, that could be downloaded from here:
https://github.com/NIEHS/OPERA/releases/download/v2.9.1/OPERA2.9_CL_mcr_win.zip
Once downloaded, extract all files and run the installation as administrator (Figure 5)

Follow the steps (click Next buttons) to install the application.
Once installed, click Ok button on the window shown on Figure 3.
Finally restart your Toolbox.
