The QSAR Toolbox Profiler can display a PDF file, via the about form's "Documentation" button. The PDF file should be named the same as the name of the profiler (e.g. Chemical elements.pdf for the Chemical elements profiler).
Sometimes it may be needed to have auxiliary files, for instance when hyperlinking from the PDF. In these instances all the files should be archived into a ZIP file (again, with the same name like the profiler) and placed in the Documentation folder instead of the single PDF.
These are the contents that are expected in the Configurable Instance Packager's "Documentation folder" panel.
