I only see 2 simulators using the WebAPI. How do I get the rest? Print

Due to a limitation of the integration protocol, some WebAPI users may not see all metabolism simulators returned from a call to the metabolism endpoint. In such cases, in order to obtain all metabolism simulators via the WebAPI, the following procedure should be carried out:

1) Add a new Windows user and make it a member of the Administrators group:

2. Open IIS and Identify the application pool in which the Toolbox WebAPI is configured to run:

3. Navigate to the Application Pools, right click on the previously identified one and choose Advanced Settings

4. In the advanced settings of the pool, under Process Model, change the identity to the newly created user account (or another one with administrative rights)

5. Restart the website.

You should now be able to retrieve all metabolism simulators that are available in the QSAR Toolbox:
