The results of the profilers in the Profiling module are NOT predictions. Therefore they have no domain. The profiling results just represent structural functionalities in the molecule which could be used for building chemical categories for subsequent data gap filling. They should not be used directly for prediction purposes (as SARs).

Once a prediction is made in Data Gap Filling module you can create a report. Sections for “Applicability domain” belongings of the target are available in the prediction report.

You can see the data and profiling results of your target and analogues only in the final reports (i.e. prediction report and data matrix report), currently.

However, in the next version of Toolbox you will be able to export the information, which is available on the matrix without going to the data gap filling stage. This functionality is under development and will be available in TB 4.1 which is planned to be released in July.
