1. Go to main Options;

2. Open Modules tab, then open (Q)SARs section;

3. Select the desired QSAR model: for instance Ames test (Salmonella) (Danish EPA DB);

4. Click on Show QMRF button. (Figure 1)

In case you create a new QSAR model, you could edit and access the QMRFs following the steps:


For instance I have created a QSAR model for "Summary carcinogenicity".

1. Open Data gap filling section;

2. Find the created QSAR model;

3. Perform right click on it and select Edit QMRF the appeared menu;

4. The created QMRF xml file should be stored in your user dir folder. (Figure 2)
