Exporting of the ID chemical information (CAS/Name/SMILES) in a file with extension ".smi" is possible in Toolbox. The SMI file is a chemical file format. It is suitable for submission in various software. 


There are two ways to save a structure(s) in a .smi file:


1) Once you have structures on your data matrix, perform right click over the corresponding level in the document tree and then select Export > SMI (Figure 1). Then you can name the file and to select a directory where the .SMI file will be saved.

2)  Once you have structures on your data matrix, go to the Report module and click the SMI File button (Figure 2). Then you can name the file and to select a directory where the .SMI file will be saved.
