QSAR Toolbox Helpdesk

The USER folder is used across the Toolbox for:

• Storing newly built QSAR models 
  
• Default folder when importing databases into Toolbox 
  
• Storing of config files when creating(importing) a new database 
  
• Storing of new profiling schemes 
  
• Temporary storage for the history report 
  

These features rely on a USER folder being present so the QSAR Toobox would not function without a USER folder.
